On November 1, 2014, towards lunchtime, Msgr. Nestor C. Cerbo, the Manila Cathedral-Basilica (MCB) Rector, went to the MCB Bishop’s Room to show the assigment of the preparing the Project Update Reports for binding he gave to Kirk, MCB staff. The Bishop’s Room is where many of the Restoration Project Documents are momentarily stored because of the limited space at the MCB Rectory.
Later, Msgr. Cerbo realized that he was led to the Bishop’s Room so that he would see the Relics of 365 saints there where they are temporarily kept until they will be displayed at the Reliquary located in the MCB Baptistry. Seeing again the said Relics, he was reminded of his plan to display them for veneration on All Saints Day, which he forgot.
Since it was already towards lunchtime, Msgr. Cerbo at first thought of not going ahead with the plan but there was that persistent push he felt ………..
